ELIGIBILITY
The $499+ Exchange Tier: Starting at $499, any mattress model meeting or exceeding this price point is eligible for a comfort exchange.
Note: All Value/Promo models and mattresses priced below $499 are Final Sale.

REQUIREMENTS
Protection Required: A waterproof protector must be purchased on the original invoice and used from night one.
The mattress must be returned in good, like-new condition.
One-Time Exchange: Valid for a one-time exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value.

EXCHANGE FEES
The Comfort Swap Fee: We offer FREE delivery (within 30 miles) on your initial purchase. For a comfort exchange, a flat $99 handling fee applies to cover the pickup of the original unit and the delivery/setup of the new one.
Note: This fee is only waived if the customer provides their own transportation for the exchange.

LOGISTICS
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all comfort exchanges to cover the processing and handling of the original mattress.
