Exchange Fee: Flat $99 handling fee for ALL comfort exchanges.

Protector Requirement: Must be purchased with and utilize a 5-sided mattress protector to qualify.

FDM Lineup (Davenport models and above) Policy: 30-120-day exchange window.

National Brands Policy: Follows each respective national brand's official manufacturer policy.

Sleeptone King Policy: Restricted to model-to-model comfort adjustments only, protector required (Plush-to-Firm or Firm-to-Plush exchanges).
