OUR "GOOD NEIGHBOR" QUALITY PROMISE
We stand by our mattresses with a transparent, local warranty against structural defects. We want you to be confident that your investment is protected for years to come.

 

THE LIMITED WARRANTY (MANUFACTURING DEFECTS)
This Warranty protects you against manufacturing issues that cause your mattress to fail prematurely. If a structural defect occurs, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to repair or replace your mattress.

 

WHAT IS COVERED? (STRUCTURAL FAILURES ONLY)
The Warranty covers structural and material failures under normal use, including:
Significant Sagging: Any permanent visible indentation or sag in the mattress surface that is deeper than 1.5 inches and is not caused by an inadequate foundation or frame.
Structural Failures: Any defect in the foam, coil system, or layers that cause the material to crack, break, or split under normal sleeping conditions.
Cover Defects: Manufacturing issues with the mattress cover, such as the seams coming apart

 

WHAT VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY (WHAT IS NOT COVERED)
To maintain your coverage, the following industry-standard requirements must be met:
Stains or Soiling: Your warranty is VOID if the mattress is stained, burned, or otherwise unsanitary. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a waterproof protector (offered at 50% off with your purchase). A pristine mattress is required for all factory inspections. 
Improper support: Use of an inadequate Base will void coverage. Your frame must have a rigid center support and slats that are no more than 3" apart (or a solid platform) to prevent sagging.
Missing Tags: Removing or tampering with the permanent white FEDERAL LAW TAG voids all factory warranty rights.
Physical Abuse: Damage caused by jumping, folding, or improper moving/storage.
Comfort Preference: Issues of "too firm" or "too soft" are handled by our 90-Day Comfort Guarantee, not this structural warranty.

 

SERVICE AND TRANSPORTATION
While the replacement product is provided by the manufacturer, a flat $99 Local Service Fee applies to cover the professional inspection, removal of the defective unit, and delivery/setup of the replacement mattress within the Springfield area.

IF YOU SUSPECT A DEFECT, SIMPLY CALL OUR LOCAL SHOP AT (417) 590-2491. WE WILL HANDLE THE FACTORY PAPERWORK FOR OUR NEIGHBORS SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH A 1-800 NUMBER.
