Thank you for choosing Factory Direct Mattress for your new mattress! We're committed to making your delivery experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Please review our delivery policy below.

DELIVERY TIERS
We offer transparent, distance-based delivery. Fees cover Fuel and Transportation time.
• Tier 1: Local (0–30 Miles) – FREE w/a mattress purchase of $399 and up, below $399 is a flat $49
• Tier 2: Regional (31–60 miles) – a $59 Standard rate for neighboring Ozark communities
• Tier 3: Extended (61+ miles) – $1.50 per loaded mile from the showroom

 

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE ADD ON
White Glove Service Includes: Professional in-home setup, placement in room of choice, and removal of all new packaging materials (plastic/cardboard)

Note: Assembly of complex frames or adjustable bases may incur additional labor fees. Please ask for a quote

 

OLD MATTRESS & BOX SPRING REMOVAL
Haul Away Service: We remove one old mattress and box spring for every new mattress and Box Spring purchased
$30 per piece
($20 recycling fee + $10 labor and transport costs)

 

STANDARD SERVICE POLICIES
• Sanitary Requirement: To protect our team and equipment, we cannot haul away items that are heavily soiled, stained, or suspected of containing pests.
• Clear Path: Please ensure a clear, unobstructed path. Our team is not authorized to move personal furniture or electronics.
• Preparation: Please have old items removed from the frame prior to arrival unless you have scheduled our disposal service.
• Scheduling: We provide a 2-hour window and will call/text when approximately 20 minutes away.
