1. Delivery Area & Fees
We are pleased to offer free delivery for all mattress and box spring purchases within a 45-mile radius of our store location at 1916 S. Glenstone Avenue, Springfield MO 65804. A delivery fee of $50 will apply to deliveries outside of this 45-mile radius. Please contact us directly for a custom quote if you are outside our free delivery zone.
2. Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is complete, a member of our team will contact you within 1-3 business days to schedule your delivery. Deliveries are typically scheduled in 2-4 hour time windows. You will receive a confirmation call or text on the day of delivery, approximately 30-60 minutes before our team arrives.
3. Preparing for Delivery
Please ensure there is a clear and unobstructed path from the front door to the room where the new mattress will be placed. Our delivery team will not move personal belongings or furniture. If you have a bed frame or old mattress that needs to be removed, please let us know when scheduling your delivery.
4. Old Mattress Removal (Optional Service)
We offer the removal of your old mattress and box spring for an additional fee of $30. The old mattress must be in a clean and sanitary condition. We reserve the right to refuse removal of any mattress deemed unsanitary or unsafe. This service is only available on a one-for-one basis (e.g., we will only remove one old mattress and box spring for each new set delivered).
5. Delivery Day
An adult 18 years or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. Upon arrival, our delivery team will carefully unpack and set up your new mattress and box spring. Please inspect the product for any damage or defects before the delivery team leaves. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt and contact our store immediately.
6. Missed Delivery
If you are not present for your scheduled delivery, a redelivery fee of $50 will apply. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your delivery.
7. Delivery Exceptions
We are not responsible for any damage to your home or property that is a result of a narrow entry, difficult access, or other obstacles that were not disclosed prior to delivery. Our delivery team reserves the right to refuse delivery to any location they deem unsafe.
